Founded under the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Shri. CA Ramesh Prabhu Sir, known as “The Architect of Deemed Conveyance,” MahaSeWA has been empowering housing societies across Maharashtra for over three decades.

As Founding Chairman, Shri. Prabhu has guided thousands of societies through legal, technical, and administrative challenges — transforming the co-operative housing movement across the state.

To assist housing societies and their office bearers in managing day-to-day affairs efficiently, lawfully, and transparently under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, Rules, and Model Bye-laws.

A pioneer of Deemed Conveyance and Co-operative Housing Education, Shri. Prabhu also served on the Government Committee that amended the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Rules, 1964. His work has empowered thousands of societies to achieve legal ownership and transparent governance.

Mr. Vijay Sawdekar

A dynamic educator and housing-society management expert, Mr. Vijay Sawdekar has designed and led MahaSeWA’s professional training ecosystem.

Qualifications: Project Management – IIT Roorkee; CCEM – Shimizu Corp., Singapore; PGP-IDM – NICMAR Pune; PGD-HVAC / Fire Fighting & Plumbing – IPEBS Hyderabad; CPCM – World Bank; B.E. (Mechanical) – Pune University.
